To propagate Assamese culture in Mumbai by way of inviting well-known artistes, singers and dancers from Assam to perform in Mumbai and other places of Maharashtra.
To practice and spreading of Assamese socio-cultural traditions, folklores of various ethnic groups of Assam
To collect and send financial aid to the people of Assam at times of crisis such as natural disaster
To help, in whatever small ways, the Assamese in distress.
